After interrogation, they confessed that there are dozens of hunter cells in Ottawa alone. They operate online and don't meet each other, but other info confirms their story that there are multiple cells. They had been mostly dormant for the last few years, as Prince Marco's curfew kept us from attracting their attention. But with the biker wars, the arsons, and other suspicious attacks, they're back on our trail. They know a LOT about us. They have databases on our activities, movements, associations, and identities. They're also amassing weapons. We're working on figuring out which Kindred they know about. Other details will get released as they are confirmed. The Kindred who helped apprehend them were: Officer Kennedy, Alexander, Adrian, Luke, Franklin, and Elize. Any Kindred who are experts in computer encryption are requested to help. Looks like Officer Kennedy is not such a fearmongering asshole after all?

The cell we captured was the group staying in Chateau Laurier. But they're not the same cell I sensed a few months ago. They operate through an online network, posting and accepting contracts, posting information, a lot like this forum. Access to HunterNET pretty damn hard to get, it requires a special USB key that we don't have. The cell wiped their key before we caught them, but Alexander is working on reverse engineering it or something. They don't have a central "leader" and they have dozens of cells. All of the information we've gathered makes this believable. Our captive cell told us that there are networks like theirs all over the world, maybe in the tens of thousands. I'm going to talk to the Archon to see if he's heard of anything like this.
